And, we WILL NOT go over again the fact that the WRA was poorly
written and that the quid pro quo to spend money on the waterfront was
the ability to sell off the residential lots.

We made a deal with the devil. We were naive. Spilled milk. We are
where we are. The city will try to do the right thing to balance both
getting something done immediately on the BW and ensuring that its
long range plans are met. Do not misinterpret my silence here on many
of these issues as no longer caring. I do as fervently as before.
