I wouldn't take him that seriously.
His posts on the APP website pretty much negate any harm he could possibly do. 
He's 
posted so much nonsense that he did himself in with his own words.
At some point I recall reading a post by him claiming that former customers 
from AP were 
visiting his new location in Allenhurst in "hordes"
I noticed his shop in Allenhurst is now closed and for rent.
