Design is a psycological tool that is more significant than its given credit for. Asbury Park has a symetry of design in is landscape that is unmistakable. The monumantal buildings and layout of the beachfront have a pattern. The buildings themselves should embrace that effect. Design is very important to creating greater value through psycology and visual cues. 'Feeling Good' about a place even though you dont know exactly why is the result. Werner Yahoo!
