I know you mean well BUT ----

Good ideas can go bad without enough research.

U.S."

In addition - an urban environment with limited space between curb 
and building is no place for a 'fast growing tree' Also, they appear 
to be ornamental trees not shade trees.

Back to the drawing board - come up with an appropriate tree...
