OOppps - Sorry to break the news, but...
The (ill)legally adopted, approved, current, up to date, PLAN...
Is still to build 3000+ high end Condos and a retail/commercial
beachfront for the use of the condo dwellers.
Outsiders need not apply.
Until someone wakes up and amends/modifies the PLAN, thats what we
are headed for.
