Furniture stores and clothing stores just dont cut it. Nobody goes to
the beach to buy a couch or an expensive antique table. Forget night
crowd, these arent even beach crowd stores. Put them downtown. One,
maybe two clothing stores would work on the boardwalk... but not at
the prices that are currently being charged. Need clothing stores
like True Jersey Supply & Co. Stuff that relates to the beach, and
AP in particular.

Where is the arcade? Where are the rides? Maybe they'll realize it
next year, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Until then the families
will keep flocking to Point Pleasant Beach. Four mini golf courses,
four arcades, lots of rides, sweet shops, pizza places, a fun house,
chance wheels, water balloon games, bars, nightclubs, an aquarium,
ice cream, public restrooms, etc... all open til 1am in the summer...
and its HALF THE SIZE of the Asbury boardwalk. Thats only talking the
portion being used now. Asubry has 1/2 mile of boardwalk from CH to
Casino. From Jenkinson's Aquarium to the last arade is 1/4 of a
mile. Those are real numbers, not estimates.
