Six (6) years too late unfortunately. Stealing my ideas I see :-) Thats essentially what I recommended during the Planning Hearings. Zone the C-8 site for a 1st class Hotel. Centrally located, working off the other hotels we would have a Historic 1920s one, a Unique 1960s one, and a 21st Century one . Everyone was shocked that "The Historian" would recomend a modern, forward looking, Hotel development. Unfortunately the deal had already been done before the Planning.... Condos, Condos, Condos...
