Are you kidding? That's almost like doing the right thing! I love your concept, though. Goodwill, my eye! Unless they can pump their chests and say "look at what I did", it's a pipedream, (the free prom, thing)! In a perfect world, it's doable. Great idea though. Only GOOD people think of things like this.
