I'm pretty sure most Shore towns don't have meters go after 6 or 7pm.   
In fact, I had never seen a meter go to 2am until last night.

Places like Red Bank, New Brunswick and Princeton turn off meters at by 
7-8pm - even in their entertainment zones.
