"The Ohio Republican Party filed an amended complaint on Tuesday against Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner in hopes of challenging the way in which some ballots are counted. The lawsuit seeks a preliminary and permanent injunction regarding the counting of provisional ballots.
