I maintain the opinion that the Public has a right to be privy to any dealings Asbury Partners has with 3rd parties. The entire basis for their involvement in Asbury Park is the Public declaration of a Redevelopment Zone and their acceptance as a Redeveloper. That all involves the Public trust and partnership with the City. The Public has every right to know what they do on the Public's behalf. Perhaps a legal action to compel disclosure is needed?
