Well Jack as I made clear in my last post, I don't fault the City 
for the meters if they make more money from them than from those who 
will stay away because of them.

Financailly I have no choice but to say it's a good move on their 
part, if that's the case.

Not sure then why that would raise such vitriol as you posted below. 

I'm exercising my option to go elsewhere, not change what AP has 
decided is best for themselves.  That's harmony.

I will add a part (D) to your reasons below:
