Perhaps it would be a good move, from a marketing perspective, to just call 
them "Holiday 
trees, wreaths, and garlands"
If you think about the overwhelming retail aspect of Christmas, I doubt that 
people who 
are trolling around the mall are thinking about the baby jesus when they are 
surrounded 
by decorations.
Actually, if there were a Jesus, and he were alive today, he'd probably want to 
collect royalties from all the merchandise sold in his name.
