Google has started indexing/scanning old mags...
So if you go to google book search, advanced search then magazines and
search Asbury Park - you get for now lots of popular science, ebony,
JET, NY Magazine with some references to AP. some of the more
interesting ones - Sr. Gibersons near drowning and rescue in the 7th
ave pool, "negro" scores highest on civil service exam for promotion
in PD, lots of ads for adams toys, a rendering of what wesley grove
concept was at one point etc etc.
