I understand where you are coming from, but looking at the big picture, its a 4 
hr window (7pm-11pm) that CH is closed to the public. I think my guests would 
be more pissed off if they were mugged or had their car broken into. In my 
opinion, crime is more of a problem than whether I have to move my blanket 100 
ft to the right or have to go to Pop's Garage instead of biggies for clams.
