I will say it again, it will be very very hard for AP to attract 3,000 year 
round households. NJ is loosing jobs like crazy. You need to be within easy 
commuting distance to an employment center, or create a place where people will 
want to live despite the commute or they are retired or independently wealthy. 
And for families, its a chicken and egg thing. To get families you need good 
schools. And the latter will only happen is when you get more of a mix of 
families in AP to be involved with the school and their children's education. 
So if you build a lot of condos, you will depend upon weekenders not 
necessarily summer people. I am a weekender. A lot of us that own houses here 
are. We don;t work nearby and so we can't live here full time.
