ah yes, so now the expected becomes the exemption.
when a block of houses is on fire we don't praise the one or 2 firefighters
who show up, we ask, where are the rest of them?

we dont praise the trash men who pick up one or 2 houses worth of trash
while leaving the rest of the city holding thier privates in thier hands.

I personally don't lay down and just pay the bill when i am over charged or
when i don't get the services or products i pay for.
