1.5. I was just looking at some of the new developments, for instance the 
Griffin, and there are two spaces for the large units. You buy a condo unit 
abover a bar or club and then complain about noise, etc. YTou buy a unit at the 
beach or very close thereto and get one parking space and then complain you 
have to pay for street parking. At least you are paying a reduced amount and 
not having to deal with the meters. The meters are priced differently on Ocean 
and the other blocks. They will be priced higher on cookman as well 
commensurate with Ocean I believe.
