My next door neighbor just discovered a guy trying to steal his bike from his
garage, and chased him into the apt. building on 1st near Kingsley.
The PD just showed up, and said "You shouldn't attempt to chase somebody trying
to steal your stuff, because alot of these guys have guns"
What a nice way to start out a holiday weekend.
