A little more about this story. Neighbor opened the garage door and went back
to his house for less than a minute. He came back, that the would be thief was
already sitting on the bike. Neighbor confronted him, and thief said "This is
my bike". Neighbor said "Really, what's the combination?" Dumbass thief says
"Somebody stole my bike, so I'm taking this one" Chase insues. I saw it from a
half a block away. Dumbass thief runs into his apt. building.
I'm not sure if he's been caught yet, but apparently he lives less than a block
away from us. And he was caught on video.
