standpoint through the efforts of its many live business men who were not
afraid to do and dare There is probably not another town in Monmouth County
where are found more optimists than right here in our City and it is this
optimism that has made the City what it is
developing We would like to see the time when Asbury Park would embrace all of
the territory north of Deal Lake including Interlaken West Al lenhurst Loch
Arbour Allenhurst and Deal to the Long Branch City line This territory would be
ample for a more closely developed community ideal and many of our local
problems would be solved There would be no greater boon to real estate values
than such a coalition
