Why do games and boardwalk fun have to be "low end"?

Plenty of places on the coasts that have this stuff and are not "virus'"

Bottom line is that having EVERYTHING catered to a "upper middle class to upper
class" will eventually fail

Check the crime rate lately?

Possibly. There are certain beaches you can go for that kind of thing in which
is tretches from one end to the other ... pathetic. It's nice to walk down the
boardwalk and not hear bells and whistles. More unique shops and restaurants,
etc. is in order. Chain restaurants are also banned like Dairy Queens, etc. ...
GOOD. The metamorphosis of the boardwalk has been very good. Some failures ...
but good. I am liking these special events like the Beerfest, Nov. 12 show in
which Bruce will show up, ZOMBIE WALK, this is ASBURY PARK. Maybe the CASINO
area has been reserved for a mini-amusement park area. Maybe ... you will get
your Seaside Park in AP. Although these kind of low end shops are like a VIRUS.
