Cookman midweek is tough. If the spaces were filled with residents and 
employees then nothing lost. Parking was definitely a problem on weekends. If 
someone has a problem  spending $1 to park then you don't need them as a 
customer. (BTW, you can buy 1 minutes, or 30 minutes). That'll be the same 
cheapskate that buys a cup of coffee and sits there for 2 hours. Parking is 
NEVER free. It always has a cost.

BTW Hinge, did they suspend parking on your block? I saw your VW in a numbered 
spot in front of your house the other day, or did you buy ht parking pass?
