In the real world, a 10,000 sq ft gym usually requires around 100 parking 
spaces.

that building is a great building and has SO MUCH potential.

Again, one major way to "solve the problem" - would be use to what Sitar 
originally did and those years ago did - LAKE AVE entrances. Such a waste. The 
whole "cookman ave" is cool concept should of trashed when the opportunity 
existed and someone with half a brain would of directed the stores and new 
construction towards the LAKE and PARKING.
