Hi,

I want to Access a site available in the SharePoint Server. The
Requirement is to List all the Folders that are available in the Share point
Server in the Hierarchical order. I tried 2 ways to do this. But both the ways
doesn't seems to work:-
    1) Trying to create a Project through .net editor. by giving the path
"http://Server_Name/_layouts/Web_Application_Name"; or
\\Server_Name\Local_Drive$\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web
Server Extensions\60\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\Web_Application_Name
For both the urls i went through the steps that are given in the Help
file from microsoft. Still I am getting the Error Web Access Failed dialog box
appears.

    2) Trying to access the Web Service that comes along with the WSS. I tried
to create a Web reference of the path http://svrims2/_vti_bin/sitedata.asmx.
But I am getting the error "The document at the url
http://svrims2/_vti_bin/sitedata.asmx was not recognized as a known document
type.
The error message from each known type may help you fix the problem:
- Report from 'WSDL Document' is 'The document format is not recognized (the
content type is 'text/html; charset=utf-8').'.
- Report from 'DISCO Document' is 'There was an error downloading
'http://svrims2/_vti_bin/sitedata.asmx?disco'.'.
  - The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.
- Report from 'XML Schema' is 'The document format is not recognized (the
content type is 'text/html; charset=utf-8').'."

I have attached the snap shots of the errors that are shown, with this
mail.

Does any one have worked on this or have any ideas about it. Any help would
be much appreciated.

Regards,
Krishnan
