as far as I can tell (and if I recall it correctly), using the
additional ClamD
signatures from sanesecurity (www.sanesecurity.com) you will also have
such a check (and then some more); by the way the above may be a good
idea for a plugin if someone would volunteer writing it; at that point
such a
plugin may also include the lists found here

which will allow to block email coming from zeus bots IPs or containing
zeus botnet domains and... in case you aren't aware about what "zeus"
is, try having a look at this
