Yes, sure it is, but when my client wants send messages bigger then 
limit on my MTA (e.g. 30MB), ASSP will accept them and let  them pass  
to MTA where is blocked. I want to save some resources, that are used 
when ASSP  accepts message, which  wont be delivered. Yesterday example: 
1 message - 250MB - aprx. 4 hour of sending - lots of RAM - lots of CPU 
time and finally ASSP down :(
