I can't find US rates either. I also would want to know minimum/increment and absolutely must have fractional cents billing. I tried it with and without my reading glasses. Maybe if I mention "clowns and wannabees playing ecommerce" one more time the info will appear on the website.

I don't intend to single out grnvoip.com with such a remark. This list has provided me with links to many other websites that were equally bad and some were much worse. I think a text-only website that is complete and functional impresses me a lot more than a pretender site.

But I am a mean SOB. If the pages are generated by frontpage and the url's end in .asp I tend to be judgemental about the company. I guess I prefer to do business with a company that would hire more linux geeks at all levels, including web design.

Looking alright here too. Firefox on Debian Testing.

Also, would anyone know of other companies that provide termination
service for calls outside of the US? I'd like to do some comparison
shopping.

Not sure what the problem is but it's working fine for me with Firefox
and they have their rates listed on the site:

Also they don't publish their rates. How can one give a company money
for a service without knowing how much they charge for that service?

That, by itself, isn't exactly true. None of the big boys publish
their rates on website, and they are no less untrusted because of that.
Fact is, depending on what kind of services you provide, your rates are
very sensitive information. Publishing rates on the website will not
allow you to raise rates for a customer that you know will pay extra
for handholding, etc.

This is certainly true, especially in the wholesale market. But in that
case make personal contact with you, and rates will be discussed before
the client jumps on board.

In this case, they seem (can't tell because they only allow IE) expect
you to fork over the dough.

When a website does not work with firefox/netscape/mozilla versions less
than a year old, it tells me that they are "playing ecommerce". Clowns
and wannabees. Who cares what the rates are in that case? I don't expect
good support from a company that thinks everyone is using the same web
browser.
