We have your test account, it does not send out caller id, infact it
appears as a local
number ( grey route) when the call goes though.
If you can offer the rate of 12 cent even, with caller id, i am willing to

Thats a horrible rate. We're wholesaling white route for 9.5 no
commitment, but with a commitment of 1 million / month minimum we can
do better.
