O.K. I've done some tests on Sergei's laptop (he 's been very helpful)
and it seems the problem is that radio chip doesn't wake up. You can
verify this by checking out radio revision, it's always zero while on
MadWiFi it returns a2. This also results a problem in the current
tarball because it identifies the radio as RF5111 (ath5k_hw_attach)
which results writing the wrong settings (even if you force radio =
AR5K_RF2425 it still doesn't respond).

I'll work on this again tomorrow, this time using ndiswrapper dumps
(i'll have to make some dumps from my cards -non 2425- so i can
compair etc) and come back to you ;-)
