I got to agree with crashmaster
I am typing this on my toshiba laptop which I got in 2010
it works fine
except once the keyboard died once for no reason
luckily the warantee hadn't ran out so I replaced the keyboard
we also had a 11 year old toshiba I used until 3 years ago
I once dropped it off a tall desk and apart from slight damage to the plastic around the screen it worked flawlessly
I reinstalled windows from scratch to get rid of the bloatware
