A follow-up, I just found some instructions, they said for operation at 120V to jumper pins 1&3, and also pins 2&4, apply AC at 4&1 (as I already was), and fuse at .5A.
I will do some soldering and let you know how the voltages change. Gotta run to Radio Shack to get some stuff. One last question, don't both the SB2 and SB3 draw a bit more than .5A? Should I fuse it a bit higher? How much?
