Robby, I too have a TacT (RCS 2.2x) and found that the sound improved a lot when the TacT was put on a simple mains filter (and the SB's power supply was not on the same filter). I currently use a linear supply for the SB (a lab supply), but haven't really experimented more with moving its power plug (still separated from the TacT by the mains filter).
