Hmm.. OK, in that sense. However, there is no jitter introduced when
doing a mathematical upsampling. The jitter portion happens on an SPDIF
transmitter/cable/receiver line. Asynchrounous clocks sounds like a
stupid idea. IMHO any reasonable upsampling should be done in exact
multiples of the original sample rate.
