Have you looked at Real Traps?
Ethan is a good guy and his stuff is better looking than anything I can
make, and not all that expensive.

Curtains and bookcases work well and have good WAF.
With treble, you can use diffusers with as much good impact as
absorbers. Books staggered on the bookcase (not neat!) work well
and are cheap.
What do people think?
IMHO, $500 worth of room acoustic treatment will make a bigger impact
than $1000 on a Benchmark, and I love my DAC-1.
