The CEC transports that I have modded reclock the data at the output
with a register.  I didn't find these were any better than the typical
DVD or CD transport with the clock replaced with a Superclock. 
However, I never ONLY replace the clock  I also redesign the output
stages and do lots of power improvements as well etc..

I'm much to busy doing computer audio converters now to do many
Transport mods.  I turn away all new mods and CDP mods now.  I've had a
25-30 customer backlog all year.
