If it has a Dolby Pro-Logic II mode it must have an ADC since PLII is a digital process. The DSP modes are all digital as well, "virtual", "hall", "live" etc. In such devices, the only mode that is not digital is direct/bypass. Some of them even use digital processing on stereo since bass management, speaker level settings and sometimes the tone controls are all done in the DSP (digitally). -- Mark Lanctot ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mark Lanctot's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2071 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=29293 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list audiophiles@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
