I don't suppose some decent curtains might not help? I changed speakers and have had some difficulties getting any benefits yet, although I have only run one sweep and haven't spent the time on this yet. I had a really hollow horrible sound until I ran the Normal.drc (http://www.inguzaudio.com/RoomCorrection/normal.drc) file from the Inguz audio site, but it still needs further work and better understanding of the process. Fortunately the new speakers are a huge leap in quality and the room doesn't seem too bad.
