Bernie, I hear yeah on this. Your simptoms sound similar to mine. After a few days now the TP is running much better but I still get a drop out every time I connect to SS, now it just does not respond for a minute, goes black, but then does come right back alive and works fine for the rest of the time it is connected to SS.
If I get some time later this afternoon I will be giving tech support a call.
