It does sound like a more efficient approach.  How is the tag data
available if you use EAC to rip to WAV?  Are you limited to whatever
intelligence is embedded in the file/directory names, or is there
something else going on here that I do not understand?  Also, will FLAC
do the album gain for files in the same directory?

After playing around with some ripping schemes (starting with EAC >
MAREO > (FLAC and LAME), then Foobar for Replaygain), it's time to get
more efficient.  Thanks.
