I have the Genelec 8020s as well,supplemented with a Sunfire Super Jr. Sub. The 8020s alone are satisfying, but with the Jr. you get no doubling and lower distortion in the bass well as great extention to the lower 30s. Lets face it, a 4 1/2 " ported bass isn't going to be as accurate at louder volumes as a larger woofer. Having said that, the 8020s alone put out a surprising amount of tuneful bass on their own. My setup can fill a good size room, with peaks at 1m., at +100dB.
