Please do consider the Mhdt Labs Paradisea in your list of DAC units to pair with the SB3. It is a wonderful sounding DAC in my system, they are hand-made and sold on Ebay (keep checking there, as Mhdt Labs hand-builds them and sells them in batches). Usually goes for just under $500USD.
