Thanks for looking into this further, and I'm glad you found the schematic. Let me know if you'd like any more pics/measurements, because I'll have mine apart for awhile. I think U6 is for the 2041 opamp, and I do get a reading on the meter connecting the two. I can also get a reading from U5 to Vcc, and U8 to Vdd- but haven't figured out U5 to U8.
