I'm not sure whether REQW has a feature to display phase response. Some other packages do (e.g. Acourate, which will also chart group-delay).
The graphs you posted were created with the Octave scripts which ship with DRC. These scripts make a series of reallyinteresting charts. But right now, charting the impulse response from ImpulsePrep with these tools is pretty difficult; you need to export the original and test-convolution impulse responses in 32f raw format and pad it with silence at the start (and then get to grips with Octave, and TeX/hevea to produce HTML).
