In response to the wireless or wired issue, Linn wanted reliablility in their products and did not wish to struggle with a clients wireless environment. The engineers also felt that the possibility of dropping bits or packets would not be acceptacle to their clientele, which would not accept a fuel injector hiccup in their Lexus.
