Does anyone really use 24 gauge zip any more? Thats closer to bell wire. Even standard 18 gauge Radio Shack zip code is going to make it hard to tell. > Bluejeans.com 10 gauge Belden, $.57/foot. So you really pushing 30 amps down your speaker wires? :-) Of course, I can't talk much, I've got some Cardas that are probably also 10 gauge. Came "bundled" with my amp and speakers. Lets see, 30 amps at 4 ohms.... 30*30*4 = 3600 watts. My Classé is audiophile class, but it can't deliver that for more than a few milliseconds.
