As others have mentioned, Slimserver will display the tags, no problem. There have been problems in the past if your file names contain non-unicode characters - Slimserver doesn't always import them, but I don't know if this is still an issue with the current release version, or in the upcoming version (Squeezecenter) which is the late stages of beta testing.
