FWIW, I recectly upgraded to 7.0 for my TP and SB3. I have found it to be a significant advancement. Thus far, less buggy and easier to use. Most importantly, rescans are way way way faster-minutes, not hours. I also like being able to monitor the progress of the rescan as 7.0 permits. Highly recommended and I have not noticed a degradation of sound quality.
