Did moving to 7.1 switch you to FW40? There's the Xlinix reprogramming to be done as part of that change. When moving from FW36 to FW40, that was supposed to happen automatically, but you had to manually update if you went backwards. You mentioned you were on FW37 earlier, so there may be something going on that way....
