David Whilst this isn't the DIY forum, I don't think it is difficult to make up the adapters that you need. Hypex have a nice clear explanation of the wiring here (http://www.hypex.nl/docs/wiring.pdf) - see the section at the bottom right of the document. All you need is a couple of XLR plugs, a couple of RCA plugs, some decent cable and a soldering iron!
